We take control of the whole masonry contract of a build project, which involves organising other trades around us, quantifying and calling off materials, overseeing quality control and provide frequent supervision of on-site staff.

Established in 2018 by Michael Wynn, an experienced builder with 16 years in the construction industry, YBC prides itself on high-quality work and delivering its projects on time and to budget. As an NVQ3 time served bricklayer, Michael worked around the UK on all types of sites, before becoming a site manager, then starting up YBC. Jimmy White is the Contracts Manager at YBC and comes with over 40 years of experience in the building industry, working on local house developers right up to large scale commercial builds. Jimmy has a great knowledge of all aspects of construction.

At YBC, our Health and Safety is top priority. We work very closely with our nominated safety consultant, MH Safety, to stay ahead of the trends, within the industry. Through MH Safety we have gained high safety accreditations, and produced very accurate site specific Risk Assessments, and Method Statements, we encourage our consultant to carry out random site audits to keep us on track.
